Thomas Cook served his first term as Mayor in 2015 and Deputy Mayor in 2018. He has been the Reprographics Director for a large international law firm headquartered in New York City for more than 15 years. Tom was a member of the firm's Performance Management and Green committees. Tom is the past President of the Duplicating Managers' Association of New York and a past advisor to Binding Together, Inc.
Tom has served as a member of the Township Parks and Recreation Commission. Tom was chairman of its Budget Committee and most recently the vice-chairman of the Commission. Tom was a former member of the Freehold Soccer League Board of Directors and spent more than ten years as a coach in local youth sports. Tom was a member of the parent committee that recommended the construction of the new West Freehold School.
Tom is on the Planning Board and will continue to be the liaison on the Lake Topenamus Commission, the Cable TV Advisory Committee, and the Emergency Management Council.
